This modern version carries on that legacy, with an elegant white dial that combines a spirit of adventure with sophistication.

Inspired by the original 1950s Antarctic watches, worn during the US Navy’s Deep Freeze I expedition, this Super Antarctic reinterprets Nivada Grenchen’s enduring heritage. The matte white dial, adorned with 3-6-9 numerals printed in black and applied indexes treated with green Super-LumiNova, captures the warmth of a vintage aesthetic with today’s reliability. The case back features the engraved medallion of the International Geophysical Year 1957, a nod to Nivada Grenchen’s pioneering role in polar exploration.

The 316 stainless steel case, with screw-down crown, and the double-domed sapphire crystal treated with anti-reflective coating ensure ruggedness in all circumstances. Powered by the Swiss automatic Soprod P024 movement, this watch is presented on a “Beads of Rice” steel bracelet, with deployant clasp, for optimal everyday comfort.
