Description
The Rolex Daytona 116520, produced between 2000 and 2016, holds a special place in the manufacture’s history: the first Daytona fitted with Rolex’s integrated in-house chronograph movement, Calibre 4130, and the last steel reference to feature a solid steel bezel engraved with a tachymeter scale, before the switch to Cerachrom ceramic on the following reference.
The 40 mm Oyster case in stainless steel houses the black dial without numerals, with contrasting counters and resolutely sporty legibility, complemented by the chronograph and tachymeter functions characteristic of the Daytona line. The automatic Calibre 4130 movement, entirely developed by Rolex, features 44 jewels, beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, and offers a 72-hour power reserve.
Protected by a sapphire crystal and water-resistant to 10 ATM, this watch is presented on a steel Oyster bracelet with a hidden folding clasp.
Pre-owned watch — year of production 2013. Delivered with original box and papers. Overall condition: good, with slight signs of wear. Signs of wear barely visible on the case, dial, bezel, crystal, case back and bracelet/clasp.
