Description
The Depthmaster Bronze is a watchmaking feat that combines functionality, ruggedness and refinement. Launched in 1965, the original Depthmaster was the first diving watch certified to 1000 metres, a testament to Nivada Grenchen’s innovative spirit. Crafted in CuAl8 bronze (copper-aluminium), this watch evolves uniquely over time, influenced by the environment and skin chemistry of its wearer. Its patina, a distinctive mark of individuality, can be restored to its original shine, a symbol of renewal.
Featuring a 39 mm cushion case, a black ceramic bezel and the iconic “Art Deco” numerals, the Depthmaster Bronze combines ruggedness with sport-chic elegance. With its various strap options and reliable automatic SOPROD P024 movement, this watch is water-resistant to 1000 metres, making it an ideal companion for every adventure.
For this latest edition, Nivada Grenchen has developed a bronze version of the Depthmaster, still water-resistant to 1000 metres, but featuring a ceramic bezel — equally at home during deep dives or urban wear. Versatile, it moves effortlessly from sea to city, gracing the wrist with elegance. Thanks to its wide range of straps, it transforms to suit every mood: sporty by day, ready to dive with a Tropic rubber strap, and dressed up in the evening with a leather strap. No fewer than 7 interchangeable straps are available to suit every desire.
